Eligibility:
This award is open to all high school seniors residing in the Fonda-Fultonville School District.

Award:
One $100.00 scholarship in art and one $100.00 scholarship in music will be awarded.

Criteria:
All criteria required on the scholarship application will be considered.  Strong consideration will be given to applicants who have demonstrated a deep commitment to the arts over a period of time.  Preference will be given to applicants who have participated in FOVAPA programs.

Selection:
Award recipients will be selected by a panel of current volunteers of the Friends of Visual & Performing Arts.  Selection will be based solely on the content of applications postmarked by the May 1.  FOVAPA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.

Notification:
Award winner will be notified on or before July 1.
